Mrs Matsotso Vuso graduated from the University of Cape Town and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1999. She has extensive experience in Audit (financial & IT), due diligence reviews and financial restructurings gained from her association with companies including Transnet Group Audit Services, KPMG and Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC). Whilst working for these organisations, she was responsible for major IT Audit assignments in the Aviation, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Motoring sectors. Matsotso also worked for the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). Her competencies gained from working at this organisation includes evaluating investments opportunities, due diligence reviews, client care management (including credit control), restructuring distressed investments (especially in mining, tourism, wood and paper) and attending to the legal aspects of liquidations. Matsotso left the corporate environment to establish Nyamezela Group of companies in 2006, a multi-disciplinary group of companies which focuses on manufacturing of smart electricity meters, business advisory services, consulting and contracting engineering and energy management. Mrs Vuso also serves as a trustee of Siyabhabha Trust, a development welfare agency of the SA Catholic Bishops’ Conference, and is a board member of Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Africa (Pty) Ltd and Kagosano NPC. Agrar Plant Protection (University of Pretoria); MBA (TUT Business School); Having worked for organisations such as Perishable Products Export Control Board, Johannesburg Market, Pick n Pay Head Office, and Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; Kingsley has 16 years’ extensive experience in quality control, food safety, auditing, food legislation enforcement, stakeholder engagement, project management, and operations management.

Moses has 39 years’ experience with specialisation in project management, capital budgeting, process optimisation. He also occupied senior positions at various organisations including: Unilever, SA Breweries, Telkom SA, Johannesburg Market to name a few.

Agrar Honors (University of Pretoria); Master’s Degree Plant Protection (University of Pretoria). Patrick has 34 years’ experience in agricultural/food industry. He has occupied various senior positions including: Executive Director (Tshwane. Fresh Produce Market); COO (Johannesburg Market); Senior Manager SHERQ (Johannesburg Market)
National Diploma Food technology (Pretoria Technikon); B-Tech - Food Technology (Tshwane University of Technology). Jabulile is also a qualified food safety auditor and has 16 years in the food industry. She worked as: National Quality Manager (Nandos); Regional food safety & quality coordinator (Vector Logistics); Food Technologist (Pick n Pay).
National Diploma in Biotechnology (Vaal University of Technology). Caroline has 3 years in the industry and previously worked as Laboratory Technician and Quality Controller at Limpopo Dairy.
